BIG O FIVE TRAITS OF ME(JASHAN):


 Openness:
Openness of a person defines about him/her personal trait. Which
includes one’s broad range of interest & and to find out new ideas afer
lot of brain storming. I have a very good score in openness as i am open
to mind storming things & to evaluate them on society scale. So it would
help out our group to go through some of the ideas which would be new
to us.

 Agreeableness:
People who have good score in this trait are trustworthy, helpful, kind,
considerate, generous and do not hesitate to compromise their interests
with others. I have a good score in this trait as i mostly listen to one’s
perspective. Before initiating my idea in demand I always prefer to listen
its negative sides and a proper debating over it. So as a result it would
help my team to choose accurate business model.

 Extraversion:
People with high score in extraversion trait have a lot of energy and
adventurous experience. I have an average score in this trait as i
usually decide to stay at one site. However I might be helpful to my
team by implementing my most time at project work.

 Conscientiousness:
People with higher score on conscientiousness tend to be self
disciplined, dutiful and prefer planned behavior to a spontaneous one. I
have a good score in this trait as I believe in time race. So for me
missing any opportunity is not a good sign towards myself. I will be
helpful to my team as I will help them to maintain strategy & to make
them aware about deadlines.

 Neuroticism:
This trait regards to experience anger, depression, anxiety and other
forms of negative emotions which are seen in people with high score
in neuroticism. I have an average score in neuroticism as most of the
time I try to keep myself emotionally stable but unknowingly
sometimes past moment affect me. I might be helpful to my group in
a way that I won’t lead them to be non-serious during work time.
