COCO FRUITY JAM

Coco jam is a well known jam made out of coconut milk and
sugar that is used by consumers to spread in their bread or even
eat the jam itself, but what made it so boring is that we can not
chew the viscous liquid of this jam, what we thought is that we
innovate this jam by adding various fruits to make eating it more
exciting and to add more elements to catch the attention of fruit
lovers and every potential consumers. The fruit that we will used
here are oven-dried grapes and other fruits that we can use to pair
it with this coco jam. Packaging of this will be a bottle with our
own label.

TOMATO JELLY

Jelly is one of the favorite fruit-flavored dessert that trends


nowadays. This time, we will introduce a new recipe that is easy
to prepare. It is made up out of tomato extract and sesame seed.
This has an inherent sweetness but not in a cloying way and the
lemon juice helps to balance it out with the level of acidity. Pectin
is also necessary to make the fruit jellies thick. A jelly bag or a
suitable cloth is also needed when extracting tomato juice for the
jelly. When it is cooked, sesame seed is added to the tomato jelly.
This will be placed on a hot sterilized canning jar to prevent mold
growth and a good packaging is also considered wherein the
nutrition facts and ingredients is presented. This requires a bit of
hands-on time but the effort is fairly minimal and the reward is
worth it.
