Kind attention is invited to the reference cited and submit that Sri Bandaru Anjaiah S/o
Vittal and other farmers of Kashireddypally village have requested to delete the Sy.No.693/2
extent Ac.45.00 gts from 22A Register and issue No Objection Certificate for Registering the
documents said Sy.No. and extent situated at Damarakunta Village of Markook Mandal, Siddipet
District.

Further submit that on verification of the records pertaining to Damarakunta village the

classified as Dharmaram Tanajia and 693/2 to an extent ac 45 classified as patta, and
subsequent the Pattadar Pass books are issued to the extent Ac. 45.00 gts in Sy.No.693/2
situated at Damarakunta village details as shown below:

In this regard it is to submit that I have inspected the spot and during the enquiry it is
revealed that the above said pattadars are cultivating the said land since their fore fathers, and
as per records 693/1 ac 15.00 recorded some pattadars lavanya patta but there is no evident
how they become pattadars and ac 45.00 stands patta.
Hence I recommend to issue no objection certificate ac 45.00 in survey number 693/2
in favour of applicants.
