You will be held liable for any damage caused to common areas. Common areas must remain secure
(no open doors unattended) and left clean and orderly. Empty boxes and other refuse must be placed
in designated receptacles and recycling bins (NOT IN THE TRASH CHUTES). No vehicles may
block the front circle to the building. Any unscheduled or unpaid move-in/out fees or other
violations (some of which are listed here) are subject to fines.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION

If any of the below items are not adhered to during a move

in/out, the $150 deposit check will be forfeited:
• All moves must take place between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

• All moving must take place on the day(s) designated on the first page of this
form. Moving additional items on days that are not designated is not allowed.

• Building doors should not be propped open and left unattended. If the door is
open, someone must be present, monitoring the door so that no one enters
without Fountain Woods keys.

• Building doors should not be propped open with rocks or other materials that
will damage the doors.

• Moving vehicle(s) should not block the pathway around the front entry circle.
Visiting vehicles must be able to drive through the circle. No parking on any
sidewalk is allowed.

• Items should not be moved over the patio wall/railing (1st floor). All items must
go through the front door.

• Articles such as boxes or other moving refuse should not be placed down the
trash chute. These items must all be taken to the basement and placed in the
designated receptacles.

• Elevators may not be blocked open or stopped on a floor.

• Damage is done to any part of the common areas of the building.

I have read and understand the above items and my movers and myself will
abide by them. Failure to do this will lead to forfeiting my $150 deposit check.
