RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (INTERNAL AUDIT TEAM), PROTIVITI

management needs and processes supporting Protiviti’s offices world-wide with various services like value
analytics, strategic planning, knowledge management, thought leadership etc. PKIC is a closely knit team of

JOB ROLE
Support the Internal Audit team at PKIC in daily tasks, such as:
• Internal Audit documents pipeline management and update
• Proposal development, enhancement and proof-reading
• Creating high-impact, visually appealing deliverables such as PPT presentations, word documents, excel
and Visio documents etc.
• Survey deployment and analysis
• Short turn-around topical researches using internal and external databases
• Knowledge Management – Work closely with teams in US to manage documents specific to Internal Audit
on firm’s intranet portal
• Various other services

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• Master’s degree with a specialization in disciplines like Marketing, Operations, Finance etc. with 60%
marks in academics throughout
• Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must work well in a team-oriented setting, as well as independently
• Must work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Must have a desire to learn and receptiveness to feedback and mentoring
• Conceptual clarity on technical concepts studied as part of the curriculum
• Basic understanding of MS Office suite
