Greetings!

I am Kathrine Jeanne D. Hintay, a 5th year student under the BS Architecture

program of the University of the Philippines Mindanao. I am currently conducting my
undergraduate thesis entitled, “An Assessment on the Imageability, Legibility, and
Semiology of the Government Agencies in Panabo City to Enahnce the Client’s Wayfinding
System”. This study aims to evaluate the Government Agencies based from theAnti-Red
Tape Act Report Card Survey Results 2013 as identified by the Civil Service
Commission but only considered the present ones and accessible in the Panabo City are
the ff: PAG-IBIG Fund (HDMF), PHIC, BFP, DAR, DENR, PPC, DSWD & SSS.

In line with this, the researcher would like to ask for your permission to conduct
surveys, photo documentation, observation, interviews, floor plans or area layout, and
also the history of the facilities or any necessary secondary data information that can be
used in the study from the said government agencies in Panabo City. Rest assured that the
data to be collected and treated with confidentiality and will also be used only for
academic purposes. With your help, this research will be able to contribute on the
wayfinding system of the transacting public and for the proposed project in planning on
the second semester as a government center in Panabo City.
