Major in Operation Management from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, are conducting a
study on the production of Good Governance and Social Responsibility. The objective of this
study is to evaluate the efficacy of good governance and social responsibilities exhibited by a
government financial institution that offers specialized services beyond traditional banking to its
clients, the public, and stakeholders.
