Task description:
These are the two exercises involving TRX that we are going to do during this
training
Alternatives:
- TRX Biceps curl: holding the TRX grips and having your arms in front of you you,
perform a curl taking your hands towards your head. Your feet must be placed in
front of you to get your body into a semi-horizontal position.
- TRX Row: holding the TRX grips, extend your arms till you are hanging from the
handles and then pull till you get your chest aligned with your hands.

Rules:
AMRAP means “as many rounds as possible” in this type of training you have to do
as many rounds of a given number of exercises for a given number of reps as you
can in the time you have.

You have to do 12 rows to get to the next exercise.


You have to do 12 curls to get to the next exercise.

You have a total of 11 minutes
