Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
When my parents decided not to pay more for my medical career, I started working
for my independence, I trusted my skills and I felt that what awaited me was a
challenge. I was always interested in sciences and I knew that my way was to
continue with another more economic study that I could pay, I did not have money,
I was only 19 years old.
Changing my career took away the recognition of both my family and my
acquaintances, it was perceived as a failure, however, I concentrated on my
dreams, ran against everyone and tried again. I looked for a job, I managed to
work In different places I started to study Chemical Technology, there I got
recognition for my academic performance, although I worked during the day, I
studied at night and managed to graduate.
The capacity of my parents was because I had fallen in love ever since, nowadays,
he is my husband. I have always received your support and soon I will become an
Industrial Engineer because I want to have a variety of opportunities.
