Why is ICT important for the Teacher)?

Teachers themselves benefit from ICT:


1. They can enhance their teaching using the
mentioned options in the former slide.
2. It is more easily to exchange learning materials
with colleagues and the professional field.
3. Re-use (and adapt) learning materials in own
courses is more easy.
4. Students and their parents expect the use of ICT.

Some doubts or difficult aspects
1. Less contact student and teacher.
2. Students motivation decrease.
3. Is the internet and the local intranet OK?
4. Is it really possible to combine F2F, self-study
and ICT?
5. Students prefer to hear the explanation by the
teacher.

institute.
