i. Explain the losses and expenses that can be claim by 10 marks

the contractor.
ii. Explain the action can be taken by the contractor to 10 marks

CLO 3: C3 R&R is a construction company which is carrying out the

construction of a vocational school, Sepanggar,Kota
Kinabalu. Recently, this company is faced with the problem
of lack of skilled workers and the work progress is behind 25 marks
