EXPLANATION

COMES NOW undersigned counsel, and to this most Honorable

Court most respectfully avers:

1. That the undersigned counsel offers its heartfelt apology for not
being able to inform this Honorable Court of the undersigned counsel’s
absence on the trial set last June 27, 2019 ;

2. Undersigned counsel has only but respect and high regard to this
Honorable Court and would not in any way deliberately disregard any
court duties and attendance.
3. Undersigned counsel most respectfully asks from this Honorable
Court’s kind indulgence to consider this humble explanation;
4. Undersigned counsel has recently pursued job opportunity in
Cebu City and has lately been constantly travelling back and forth in
order to comply some requirements;
5. Undersigned counsel is a solo practitioner and does not have a
private secretary to organize his activities;
6. It is under this unusual circumstances that this undersigned
counsel missed to mark the calendar of the trial dates;
7. Undersigned counsel agrees that this inadvertence requires
serious consideration and only prays that this sincere apology is
accepted;

respectfully prays that this explanation be considered by this Honorable
Court.
