COMES NOW undersigned Law Firm, unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully enters his appearance as counsel for the Defendant, and further
aver that:

1. The defendant received Summons on April 12, 2019. After which,

she made diligent efforts to engage the services of counsel on time, but to no
avail.
2. The defendant was referred to the undersigned Law Firm, and the
latter’s services was just engaged on 26 April 2019.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the undersigned counsel

respectfully prays of this Honorable Court that this entry of appearance as
counsel for Respondent be noted on record and prays that he be furnished with
all copies of orders and other processes of this Honorable Court.

It is further prayed that, in the highest interest of justice, the attached

Answer with Affirmative Defenses and Counterclaims be admitted.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
