PLEA-BARGAINING AGREEMENT
THE PRIVATE COMPLAINANT AND THE ACCUSED, duly assisted
by their respective counsels, hereby voluntarily enter into the following plea
bargaining agreement, as follows:

1. Accused will withdraw his previous plea of not guilty to Attempted Parricide
and instead will plead guilty to the lesser offense of Grave Threats defined
and penalized under Art. 358 of the Revised Penal Code with imprisonment
of arresto mayor in its maximum period to prision correccional in its
minimum period;

2. The Accused is fully aware of the consequences of entering a plea of guilty

and he knows that the appropriate penalties shall be imposed upon him as a
result of this plea bargaining agreement;

3. Both the Private Complainant and the Accused have agreed to enter into this
Plea Bargaining Agreement voluntarily and without any undue influence,
force, threat or intimidation from other persons;

4. Both the Private Complainant and the Accused hereby submit this Plea
Bargaining Agreement for the consideration and approval of this Honorable
Court.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, in the light of the foregoing and for the speedy disposition
of these cases, it is most respectfully prayed that this Plea Bargaining Agreement
be considered and duly approved by the Honorable Court.
