Distribution Corporation Limited, Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar
Haveli, for the year 2017-18, together with the Auditor's Report on
the Accounts and the comments of the Comptroller and Auditor
General of India thereon.

5. A copy (in English and Hindi) of the Ministry of Finance (Department
of Economic Affairs), Notification No. G.S.R. 14 (E), dated the 7 th January,
2019, publishing the National Savings Time Deposit (Amendment) Rules,
2019, under sub-section (3) of Section 15 of the Government Savings
Promotion Act, 1873.
6. A copy (in English and Hindi) of the Annual Accounts of the
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Mumbai, for the year
2017-18, and the Audit Report thereon, under sub-section (4) of Section 15 of
the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992.

amalgamation of Gramin Bank of Aryavart and Allahabad UP
Gramin Bank into a Single Regional Rural Bank called as
Aryavart Bank.

amalgamation of Pallavan Grama Bank and Pandyan Grama

(13) G.S.R. 1255 (E), dated the 31st December, 2018, in supersession
of Notification No. G.S.R. 1071 (E), dated the 26th October,
2018, extending the time limit for furnishing the declaration in
FORM GST ITC-04, in respect of goods dispatched to a job
worker or received from a job worker, during the period from
July, 2017 to December, 2018 till the 31st day of March, 2019.
(14) G.S.R. 33 (E), dated the 15th January, 2019, amending
Notification No. G.S.R. 1305(E), dated the 18 th October, 2017,
to insert/omit certain entries in original notification.

(3) G.S.R. 52 (E), dated the 28th January, 2019, seeking to impose
anti-dumping duty on the imports of ‘Fluoroelastomers (FKM)’
originating in or exported from China PR, in pursuance of the
final findings of the Designated Authority, for a period of
eighteen months, from the date of publication of the notification
in the Official Gazette.

2. Messages from Lok Sabha — Reported and Government Bills Laid
on the Table
I. Secretary-General reported to the House, two messages from
Lok Sabha informing Rajya Sabha that the Lok Sabha at its sitting held on the
11th February, 2019, passed:—
(i) the Appropriation (Vote on Account) Bill 2019; and
(ii) the Appropriation Bill, 2019.
II. A copy each of the Appropriation (Vote on Account) Bill, 2019 and the
Appropriation Bill, 2019, as passed by Lok Sabha, were laid on the Table.

3. Reports of the Committee on Subordinate Legislation
Dr. T. Subbarami Reddy presented the following Reports (in English and
Hindi) of the Committee on Subordinate Legislation:—
(i) Two Hundred and Thirty Sixth Report on the Statutory Orders Laid
on the Table of the Rajya Sabha during its 244 th Session;
(ii) Two Hundred and Thirty Seventh Report on the Statutory Orders
Laid on the Table of the Rajya Sabha during its 245 th Session; and
(iii) Two Hundred and Thirty Eighth Report on the Statutory Orders
Laid on the Table of the Rajya Sabha during its 246 th Session.
Shri Madanlal Saini laid on the Table, a copy each (in English and Hindi)
of the following Reports of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing
Committee on Labour:—
(i) Fifty-third Report on the action taken by the Government on the
Observations/Recommendations of the Committee contained in their
Forty-first Report (Sixteenth Lok Sabha) on 'Jan Shikshan Sansthan
Scheme (JSSS)' pertaining to the Ministry of Skill Development &
Entrepreneurship;
(ii) Fifty-fourth Report on the action taken by the Government on the
