we offer to our customer a simple and elegant product, and our business is located inside the Biñan

City Senior High School - San Antonio Campus. A Stand-alone Senior High School established

on the year 2016 that offers Technical Vocational and Livelihood Track located in San Antonio

Biñan Laguna.

SMAW Welders is a business structured as General Partnership an arrangement by

which two or more persons agree to share in all assets, profits and financial and legal liabilities of

the business such partners have unlimited liability, which means their personal assets are liable to

the partnership obligations.

SMAW Welders uses societal concept it gives importance to consumers satisfaction

social welfare and company`s profit. This concept is a social oriented. According to this concept

the company must produce products that help consumers and friendly to environment the company

Senior High School Students and Teachers and Staffs range in 16-50 years old. The location which

in Biñan City Senior High school-San Antonio Campus that approximately have 2,000 population.

Our Business menu are Personalized items like Keychain, Bookshelves, Plant Holders etc. Our

primary strategy to offer consumer a variety of option to personalized their items. The customer

may choose their own choice of design. SMAW Welders Business will operate Welded crafts use

social media to promote and show different Design’s.

SMAW Welders will use both the traditional and new ways of promotion of items

in the costumer, in traditional way we will use flyers and distribute it on our costumer. In the

new way we will create a Facebook page of our store were the potential costumer can see

our sample products. Our potential costumer can both order personally in our store and

through online by messaging our Facebook page.

SMAW Welders will distribute the product directly to the costumer. And will used

level zero distribution channel. It is the simplest distribution channel, it involves direct sale

from manufacturer to customers with no intermediary.

The business will also use distribution strategies it depends on the product being

sold. The trick is knowing what type of distribution you will need to achieve your growth

goals. There are three methods of distribution that outline how manufacturer choose how

they want their goods to be dispersed in the market. Our business will use selective

distribution which select outlets in specific locations. This is often based on a particular good

A. Job Description

GENERAL MANAGER- A major part involves leading and directing employees. He/She

delegates administrative task, such as accounting, paper work and payroll. While giving you the

freedom to deal with the other issues.

MARKETING MANAGER- A major part involves making people aware of the company's

product, making sure that the products are available to be bought. Assigned in marketing strategies

and marketing promotion.

OPERATIONS MANAGER- A major part involves in running the business every day, the one

who leads and watch the staff and service crew. Also the operations manager also involves

managing the store supplies.

SUPERVISOR- The one supervise the routine of the store operations, helping the operations

manager. Assigned the task of every staff/crew.

STAFF/CREW- The staff of a company or organizations, assures that the operations run

efficiently and helping other staff members to adequately fill their roles.

UTILITY OFFICER- Utility workers performs routine maintenance activities in a variety of

work environments. This is an entry level position with no supervisory responsibilities.

GENERAL MANAGER- Should have a Master's degree of business administration, especially

the General Manager should have expertise in all aspects of business, including finance, logistics,

marketing and human resources.

characteristics in marketing management.

OPERATIONS MANAGER- Required bachelor's degree in operations management or of related

field. Experience in management, operations and leadership.

SUPERVISOR- At least senior high school graduate but must have a prior experience in

leadership role. Must have degree programs in business or office administration to qualify for the

position.

STAFF/CREW- At least senior high school graduate with or without experience.

UTILITY OFFICER- At least senior high school graduate with or without experience.

The Entrepreneurs are all senior high school students at Biñan City Senior High
School-San Antonio Campus taking Shielded Metal Arc Welding Track. Some of the
entrepreneurs have a small welding shop and has some experience in running a
business. The entrepreneurs are not skilled professional's but willing to take risk in
running this small business.

As our personal business is partnership business and the board of directors are
the owner of it. The profit will be distributed among them equally. So for the assets,
