However the price goes up because of its demand. - Construction workers: dont work with them but he could suggest some workers o Mr. Wowo and Mr. Parto - They are mostly affordable although it might be a bit expensive. Salesman selling materials to GRC Board shop - Used to go to every store to supply with materials - Too busy to interview - Two types of customers o Loyal Shop Owner Customers: doesnt go to the shop to get supplied. o Regular Customers: have to go to the shop. Wood Supply Shop (The biggest in the area) Lady who wouldnt tell us her name Customers: o Residence houses in the area o Middle construction sites Supply: o New woods are usually from outside of Jakarta Sell different kinds of wood such as bamboo, wood sheets and etc.. (about ~20 different kinds and sizes) Delivery:

o If less than 20, delivered by kart o Delivery price is included in each sheet of wood Second hand (used) shop Customers: o Residence houses for repair Suppliers: o From houses that were demolished from relocation o Sell used material to the shop in two ways 1) The shop people go to the house before the relocation and price the house as a whole and get the materials after the demolition. 2) People with demolished houses bring the materials to sell Delivery system o Bring materials with karts depending on the distance o Use of motorcycle if the materials are not to big Price o Cheaper than first hand (about 50%) Sell asebes (roof) , wood, bamboo, any scrap from the demolished house.

Construction worker - Mr. Mustadi Materials were bought new because the houses in the area were built long time ago. Expanding houses: not common, it is easier to build a new house than expand a house Coworkers: o Big houses: yes o Small house: family members usually help the construction worker. Market price depends on how the materials were supplied to the shop Also negotiate with another second hand store if more materials are needed for the customer.
