The total volume of sand required for a type 36 house is around 20 cubic meters.
The current estimated selling price for sand is IDR 160,000 per cubic meter. You
can calculate the costs needed to buy sand as follows. IDR 160,000 x 20 cubic
meters = 3,200,000
