 New Features implemented
COSEC Web:

 Changed runtime functioning of crystal reports to fetch configured font before generation.
 As per font selection, content of report may overlap or get misaligned. Also
unsupported characters will get displayed as garbage value.

 Functioning of links to open sub-reports will be as follows:

 User’s selected font will be used while displaying in crystal report viewer. However, it
will still use Calibri (Body) when exported to PDF.

Admin Module:

 Global Policy:
 Added provision to select font to be used for report generation.

Devices:

 Device Configuration:

 Added provision to enable/disable ‘Show PIN’ feature on devices.

 Added provision to enable time based link resetting for IO link records.
 Updated following timer controls behaviour to retain their values or save as default
when corresponding feature is disabled. This is to avoid misbehaviour on Device side
when value is saved as 0 or NULL:
o Degrade Wait Timer(Sec)
o Alarm Auto Acknowledge Timer(Sec)
o 2nd Person Wait Timer(Sec)
o Auto Relock Timer(Sec)
o First-IN User Access Timer(Sec)

Monitor Service:

 An option has been added in Settings.xml file for processing events in sequential or parallel
manner for performance optimization purpose.

 Installation Procedure

Installation

Upgrading Procedure

Follow below mentioned steps if you are upgrading from lower version of COSEC to COSEC V11R4:

Step 1: Copy and Paste COSEC V11R4 from Matrix Live FTP.

Step 2: Run COSEC Installer as an administrator from COSEC V11R4 folder.

Step 3: Click Reinstall to install all the components of COSEC again but with an upgraded version.

Step 4: Select all the components and proceed further.

After the installation is over, COSEC Software will be upgraded.

Bugs Solved

Flag of Include Previously Failed Records gets unchecked automatically in Cosec Integrate.
Holiday schedule get changed after importing data from MS SQL.
Thai words replaced by improper format while exporting it into PDF.

New Export Leave registers not working properly.

System generates exception while generating report in System account having privilege of Overtime
adjustment.
Enroll application throws exception while initializing Palm enroll station.

AUX IN/AUX OUT option is not displayed in panel door in V11R3.

Issue with door filter for Who is In report.

Exception while adding camera for milestone integration in cosec.
Special Character '&' support is removed in Organization name while creating visitor pass from V11R1
onwards.
Monthly summary report does not show actual date.

N-Punch policy is not working along with Flexible user.
