RESEARCH MEMBERS EVALUATION FORM (individual)

PURPOSE OF EVALUATION (for Team Leaders)

The Evaluation Form is a mean to analyze and evaluate th performance of the research members. The
qualitative/quantitative rating given by the principal investigator is to be used as guide for the
recommendation or final evaluation at the end of the oral presentation. All guidelines and procedures as
stated in evaluation criteria will be applied.

1. Attendance: Definitely worth tracking; member is


consistently showing up to late, leaving early.
2. Helpfulness: Fostering a culture of teamwork,
allowing your team to perform better when tracking
difficult tasks together.

3. Efficiency: able to complete their work on time.


Have a good handle on the limitations provided by the
time and resources available and able to prioritize to get
things done as efficiently as possible.

4. Initiative: member taking initiative, either nifty with a good


old- fashioned pen and paper.

5. Quality: Definitely sign of team satisfaction and


engagement.
