The Level of Customer Satisfaction on the Services Provided by TGS
Restaurant and Catering Services : Implication For
Total Quality Management

The researchers learned about the customer satisfaction and serviceprovided by the
other restaurant and fast food chains used by the researchers
in our related reviews literature and studies.
Also through the data showed by the further study, the researchers found out that
restaurants using total quality management strategies to
to monitor and evaluate all the activities in an organization, relevant for reaching
excellent results in businesses and have more demand from customers.
They realized that total quality management plays a very important role in enhancing
the strength of enterprises competitiveness
And it is an approach that should be done many organizations to improve the quality
of products, reduce production costs and increase productivity of their organization.
They are using Total Quality Management strategy to meet the standard or
satisfaction of the customers.

The other review related literature and studies we used from further study above is
about customer satisfaction in the service provided by the restaurant and fast food
chains.
Customer satisfaction is the key factor in knowing the success of any retail store or
business; therefore, it is very important to measure it and to find the factors that
affect the customer satisfaction.
The researchers realize that satisfaction in not only cognitive response but also an
affective response.
Customer satisfaction is the customers overall feeling of contentment with a
customer interaction. Customer satisfaction recognizes the differences between
customer expectations and customer perceptions.
And Satisfaction may develop quickly or may be cultivated over a period of time.

We chose this literature and studies because we also want to know about implying
total quality management strategies and the overall satisfaction of their customers.
And this literature and studies gives us other insights on how they manage and
control their business in order to achieve their goals and desire and also to measure
the performance of their operation.
