Q. What will happen if my order is cancelled partially or fully?

Offer Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is a joint promotional initiative provided by SAMSUNG TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LTD.,
("Merchant") and Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("Amazon"). This offer is made available to
you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("Amazon") on the App (defined below) maintained
and operated by SAMSUNG TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LTD. ("Merchant")."
2. The Offer is valid from 5th October to 10th October, 2019 both days inclusive ("Offer Period"),
unless revoked or extended by Amazon in its sole discretion, without assigning any reason,
without prior notice, and without liability of any kind.

Amazon Gift Cards will expire one year from the date of issuance by QwikCilver. Amazon Gift
Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Amazon Gift Cards cannot be reloaded,
resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.
13. By participating in this Offer, you expressly agree that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not
be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or

14. This Offer is governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising out of or in connection with

— Additional Exchange Value Offer —

1. Get up to 50% additional old device value on buying via exchange.
2. The old device value displayed to the customer will be inclusive of the additional value.
3. The pickup of the old device will happen during the delivery of the new device.
4. The pick-up executive will check the following things in the customers device:
a. Brand
b. IMEI
c. Screen
d. Phone switching on or not
e. Does the phone remain switched on for at least 15 seconds without power supply?
f. Is the screen without any defects? (e.g. liquid damage, broken, cracks, lines/spots,
coming out of phone body, fake or repaired)
g. Is the phone body without damage or breakage?
h. Does the phone reach home screen post switch on without locks & connect to mobile
network?
 i. Is the phone original (not cloned/fake/duplicate)?
5. If at the time of pickup of the old device:
a. There are mismatches evaluated in Brand/IMEI
b. The screen of the phone is damaged
c. The phone is not switching on

then both the delivery of the new phone and pickup of the old device will be cancelled.

6. The new device will be returned to the origin by the Logistic partner.

 In case of partial cancellation, offer stand void if the revised booking amount is not eligible for the
offer. If the revised booking amount is still eligible for the offer, then it will be appropriately reduced
basis booking amount.
 Other Terms & Conditions
