    The Institute of Company Secretaries of India announces 25 financial assistance opportunities for students pursuing the Executive Programme and Professional Programme of the Company Secretaryship. To be eligible, candidates must have passed the Foundation Programme or both modules of the Executive Programme in their first attempt in June 2019. Candidates' annual income cannot exceed Rs. 2,40,000 if employed independently or Rs. 3,60,000 if dependent.     ANNOUNCEMENT

    In pursuance of para I 3 of the "Merit-cum-Means Assistance (company Sccretaryship coursc)


    Scheme, 1983", as amended upto 9th April, 2015, applications are invited to reach the Institute in the
    prescribed fom on or before i5'h November,20l9 lor award ol25 numbcrs of flnancial assistance
    each for pursuing Executive Programme and Professional Programme of the "Company
    Secretaryship" from studenrs who f'ulfil the eligibility criteria laid down under thc said scheme.

    According to the scheme, a candidate applying lor assistance should have passed Foundation
    Irrogramme or Both Modules of the Executive Programme examination withoul exemption in any
    pup... ut one sitting, in thc llrst attempt in June, 2019 examination. The total income of such an
    uppti"*t, if employed or is having an independcnt source of income, should not be more than
    ns.Z,+O,OOOl- per annum and if he/she is dependent on his/her parents/guardian/spouse whethcr
    partially n. *holly, thc combined gross income fiom all sources should not be more than
    Rs.3,60,000i- per annum.

    Prescribed application form together with a copy of the Merit-cum-Means Assistance (Company
    Secretaryship course) Scheme, 1983 can be downloaded liom the Institute's website at
    ebsite/A . Applications not made on thc
    prescribed lorms and/or without supnorting documents, incomplete applications, applications not
    fultilling the cligibility criteria laid down under the scheme or applications nol reaching the Institute
    on or before 2th November,2019 are liable to be summarily rejected.
