Agreement to Pay Commission

Reference is made to the sale of the 2018 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado dated on
September 24, 2018, at which transacted at 63, Kalayaan Avenue, Diliman, Quezon
City,Philippines. In consideration of the services rendered in procuring the Buyer and selling of
the vehicle, the undersigned (Adrian Paredes) hereby agrees to pay Ian Gabriel B. Villamor in
the amount of the commission P 150,000.00 upon the satisfactory and completion of the sale of
the vehicle to the Buyer.

This agreement shall ensure just enrichment strengthen by the Laws of the Republic of the
Philippines. Any negligence or omission binded by this agreement can be brought up to the court
and the agreement itself is served to be evidence.
