Arrived at P4J-172 (designated Haimu by the inhabitants) at approximately 0905.
Military personnel deploy and secure area surrounding the ‘Gate.
Dr Merrin and I return MALP to SGC. Once the area is deemed secure, the
mapping beacon is concealed amongst the plants of the Garden.
SG-18 is approached by robed individuals. Contact is initiated, locals speak
English with surprising ease. They offer to take us to a garden to relax and meet
with Nammuo – the leader.
Approaching this rest area – water feature, lush grass and trees and hexagonal
pagodas. There is a strong, sickly sweet smell/taste of honey. One by one, each
team member is rendered unconscious.
SG-18 awake laid on reed/bamboo beds inside one of the pagodas, all
equipment bar BDUs and vests are missing. Feels like a 4 alarm hang over.
A robed individual enters. It is explained that the Iro is responsible for rendering
SG-18 unconscious. A beaker of a coffee like beverage is offered to each – it is
a strong stimulant to counter the effects of the Iro. We are told that Nammuo will
meet with us shortly. But after a short wait the military personnel become
restless. SG-18 follow a path that leads from the garden towards a village.
A meeting is arranged with Nammuo. Despite Colonel Wards rather hostile
attitude towards him, Dr Merrin and I learn that this ‘resort’ has been in place for
many thousands of years and is used for relaxation by many races – Asgard,
Nox, Tok’Ra, Tollen to name a few.
SG-18 are taken to their equipment. More visitors arrive at the planet, the
arrival is signified by a loud gong – there appears to be a device that is tripped
whenever an incoming wormhole is formed. Must discuss with Major Carter.
The equipment is undamaged and stored in a room across a corridor from the
new arrivals equipment.
Nammuo returns with a sample of the Iro and explains its care requirements.
The visitors are Goa’uld – Nammuo is more than happy to advise us.
Dr Merrin and PO Mannering leave with a gardener and FRED to retrieve more
samples of plant life.
The remainder of SG-18 return to the rest area to discover a ‘drunken’ Jaffa
emerging from a pagoda. Colonel Ward helps the Jaffa to the waters edge.
I engage the Jaffa in conversation – loyal to Kali
Dr Merrin and PO Mannering returns with more samples.
SG-18 return to the ‘Gate and then the SGC at 1800 as required.

Recommendations are that the Tok’Ra be contacted to learn more about Haimu
(P4J-172) and all members of SG-18 are scanned for Zatarc reprogramming.
