Wherefore, upon motion of Hon. Valente Yap duly seconded by Hon. Santiago Sameon V, the
Board;
Resolved as it is hereby resolved, to ask authority from the Sangguniang Panlalawigan , through the
Honorable Provincial Governor, for the approval of the proposed allocation of expenses from realized surplus CY
2010, in the amount of P 2,467,162.93, to augment hospital needs.
