One day there was a single accident that resulted in a teenage girl being
injured and then rushed to Mitra Sehat hospital by two other motorists who helped
her.
Patient (semi-conscious with groaning in pain)

Helper: "Nurse, there is an accident patient, please help immediately

handled "

The emergency room nurse immediately took the gurney, and moved the
patient on the bed.
Administrative Officer: "Sorry, who are you?"
Helper 1: "I helped nurse"
Administrative Officer: "Do you know the identity of this victim ?"
Helper 1: "No but I try to ask the victim first."
(the helper approaches the victim)
Helper 2: "If you bring a KTP, can I borrow it first for administration? Did you
bring your cellphone or not? Later I will inform your family "
Patient: "In my bag" (with a limp voice).

Then the helper takes care of the victim's registration and contacts the
client's family. Meanwhile, the nurse is handling the accident victim.
Nurse 1: "Can you hear me?"
Patient: "Ouch, it hurts."
Nurse 1: "Which one is sick?"
Patient (moving the affected part of the leg.)
Nurse 1: "are you dizzy?"
Patient: "yes nurse, im dizzy"

Family: "My daughter was in an accident and was taken to the hospital. Patient by
the name Ayu Kristin " (with a panicked expression)
Administrative Officer: "Over there, please, let me deliver"

Administrative Officer also took the patient's mother to the bad where
her daugther was treated
Administrative Officer: "Here ma'am, your daughter is inside"
Mother: "Oh yeah, thanks "
Administrative Officer: "Yes ma'am, you're welcome"

The mother immediately opened the curtain and found her daughter
lying helpless on the bed
Mother: "Oh my God... how come it got like this?,
what hurts? "
Patient: "My leg, and having a headache"
Mother: "Have you checked with the doctor before?
Patient: "Yes, mom"
Mother: "Then what did the doctor say?"
Patient: "I don't know, mom"

In the midst of this conversation the nurse came into the patient's room
Nurse 1: "Excuse me ma'am, I have permission to ask the patient for a moment
Mother : "Yes, please"
Nurse 1: "How is complaining again?"
Patient: "Still nurse, my chest feels tight"
Nurse 1: "Then I will attach oxygen first, so that your breathing will go
smoothly."
Patient (nodding head)

The nurse starts the procedure of giving oxygen to the patient

Mother: "Your chest is tight too?" (The mother is shocked)
Patient (nodding head)
Mother: "Why is this nurse, why is my daughter chest tight? even though
My daughter doesn't have a history of asthma. "
Nurse 1: "Maybe your daughter has a shock, so his chest feels tight"
Mother: "Earlier it was said that my daughter was examined the same
Doctor, how's the result ? "
Nurse 1: "Oh, later you will be explained directly by the doctor "
Mother: "I see "
Nurse 1: "Yes ma'am, then let me excuse first, ma'am, if you need anything, you
can call us in the nurse's room, ma'am"
Mother: "okay nurse"
Nurse 1: "excuse me"
Mother: "Oh yes, please"
 The nurse returns to the nurse's station and the patient's mother
continues to wait for the patient at the patient's bedside. After a few minutes, a
nurse came back.
Nurse 2: "Excuse me ma'am, I'm asked to you see a doctor now mom"
Mother: "Yes, then who is my daughter with?"
Nurse 2: "Mom, please see the doctor first, let your daughter take care of me"

In the guard room, the mother of patient meets with the doctor on duty at
the emergency room
Doctor: "Family from Ayu Kristin? "
Mother: "Yes doc, how about my daughter doc?"
Doctor: "Please sit down first ma'am, I will explain about
your daughter condition "
Mother: "Yes doc" (while sitting)
Doctor: "Because of the accident suffered by your daughter, it seems that there is
an injury to the bone in the left leg of your daughter, and she has been
complaining about dizziness, so to find out the condition of the bone in the leg we
should first x-ray whether there is a fracture or not and also we should do a CT
scan to find out the condition of the inside of your daughter head "
Mother: "So if it is not done, why do you doc?"
Doctor: "If we don't have an x-ray and a CT scan, we don't
know the exact situation, so we cannot take further action "
Mother: "If I think about it first, how about doc?"
Doctor: "Yes ma'am please, but I beg of you immediately give a decision so that
we can take further action "
Mother: "okay doc, then I'll excuse myself first"
Doctor: "Oh yes ma'am, please"
 After considering the actions to be given, I was sure of the decision he
would take, and went to the doctor's office to confirm
Doctor: "What about mom?"
Mother: "Now that I think about it, I agree with my daughter
X-rayed and CT scan "
Doctor: "Well then, you can sign the letter approval of action "
Mother: "Yes doc, where do I sign?"
Doctor: "Please read this first, then sign hands over here "

Then Mother returned to the patient's room, after a while later a nurse
came.
Nurse 2: "Excuse me ma'am, this X-ray is going to be done by an x-ray, I want to
take it to the radiology room, before the jewelry and watch are removed first, let
bring her first"
Patient (nodding head)
Nurse 2: "Let me deliver it."
Patient: "Yes nurse"

And finally the patient was taken to the radiology room for an x-ray. X-
rays revealed that the patient had a fracture, and had to be hospitalized for surgery
immediately
