    Attendance Register Rules

     Attendance register must have a class tag with the teacher’s


    name.
     Cover the register with plastic.
     All entries must be in black pointer or gel pen.
     Mark presents with a capital P, absent with a capital A and
    leave with a capital L with Black pen only.
     If a child is late mark him/her as Tardy with capital P(T).
     If a child depart early mark him/her with P(E).
     Use ORANGE colour for absentee.
     Use YELLOW colour for Saturday/Sunday.
     Use BLUE colour for Government Holidays.
     Use PINK colour for school holidays.
     Attach student list with their names and address on the
    Third/fourth page of the attendance register.
     Please maintain this document neatly.
