Attendance register must have a class tag with the teacher’s
name. Cover the register with plastic. All entries must be in black pointer or gel pen. Mark presents with a capital P, absent with a capital A and leave with a capital L with Black pen only. If a child is late mark him/her as Tardy with capital P(T). If a child depart early mark him/her with P(E). Use ORANGE colour for absentee. Use YELLOW colour for Saturday/Sunday. Use BLUE colour for Government Holidays. Use PINK colour for school holidays. Attach student list with their names and address on the Third/fourth page of the attendance register. Please maintain this document neatly.
