Disorder that affects the development of bones throughout the body.
d) Description of the Disorder
Affected individuals are usually born with inward- and upward-turning feet (clubfeet) and dislocations of the hips, knees, and
elbows. They generally have small extra bones in their wrists and ankles that are visible on x-ray images. The tips of their fingers,
especially the thumbs, are typically blunt and square-shaped (spatulate

Congenital anterior dislocation of the knees, Dislocation of hips and shoulders, Flattened facial appearance,Prominent forehead,
Depressed nasal bridge, Club foot, Cervical kyphosis.

therapists, psychologists and other specialists — will partner with you in the care of your child. Many of the complications of
Larsen syndrome are evident at birth and can be treated while your child is young.

Larsen syndrome is associated with life-threatening complications, however, afflicted individuals can live into adulthood
