NLP the good feeling exercise. Call your greed.

You do not have to believe what I have to say, you just need to do it.

Stand up

Remember a time when you were a child in your life and remember when you really want
something…reeeeeally want that. Like mouthwatering want.. ok?

I will give you very specific parameters for this. You knew you want it, you have a plan to get it, you
put that plan into operations and you nailed it, you got it bigtime.

I want you to see what you saw, hear what you heard, feel what you felt. Close your eyes.

Notice, there is a place in your body where that feeling lives. I want you to point where you feel it.
Fisically point where you feel it. Now, when you point where you feel it , imagine there is a picture
floating in the space around you someware that represent that image. Reach out and touch it.

With the other hand trace the edge of that picture so you know exact how that big it is. I want you to
make it half the size. Notice what happen with the feeling in your body.

Now grab it and double the size of it. Notice what happen with the feeling in your body.

I what you to play with the size of that feeling physically reach out and touch it and I want you to
make it small. Notice what happen to the feeling. Make it big and notice what happen with the
feeling. For experience, wrap it around you like a blanket and notice what happen with the feeling.

Now unwrap it around you and now, just to see put it back, behind you as far as you can reach
physically possible. What happen with the feeling. Is it going away? Oh shit! Reach back, grab it, bring
it forward and make it as big as you want. How good are you feeling, notice that?

We accessed the grid. Grid is made out of two basic neurological components: one is the proprium
perceptive nervous system the other is your mirror neurons.

The language that your nervous system uses to create a meaning is spatial location.

When we reached out and accessed a picture related to a feeling in our body we created what is
called a somatic bridge. We created an external channel neurologically between a subjective
construct that it is below the threshold of our conscious awareness, it is subliminal. Think of it in that
way, to a physical feeling in our body. When we create that interface we now gain the ability to
change the structure of the experience.

The system doesn´t communicate in words. It communicates in proximity, in size, in movement, in

direction, in feeling. This is how you work. It´s your first language.
