ACTIVITY: MY PERSONAL

ICEBERG
You have now had your feedback on Motives, Values and ESCI and we
want to encourage you to continue to reflect on the personal
characteristics that are influencing what you are doing as a leader
within the context of integrated care in London.

Before you attend Module 1 please take time to complete your own
personal iceberg which will provide you with a structured approach to
your reflection, based on the different elements within the model. We
have provided a number of questions to help you in this but these are
intended as prompts only, not a check list you need to feel compelled
to complete. You can make notes on the attached blank iceberg
picture or jot down your thoughts in your learning journal book.

Before completing this exercise, we recommend you re-read the pre-

work you were sent on the iceberg and emotional intelligence and
watch the film again. It will also be helpful to review your feedback.
