Values
They’re the enduring, passionate, and distinctive core beliefs. Identify your top five
values that you feel are most critical to your success and happiness, than define
your values by what they mean to you. A values statement is one that explains the
beliefs and philosophy.
Choosing your values keep in mind theses questions:

What motivates you to pursue your career?


What motivates you to offer your services or products?
What are the key elements of your brand that will never change?
What are your guiding principles?
What is the value you want to bring to others (customers, companies)?
What brings you personal fulfillment or satisfaction? in life and at work?

Mission
It gives you a better understanding of your strategy and goals.
A mission statement deals with the present—the here and now. It’s what you are
trying to achieve in this moment.

It’s the impact you want to have on the world. It addresses where you want to be.
and it reffers to the future.
Writing a vision is an important step in the process of personal branding because it
helps you gain clarity and focus around your goals and values. A clear and concise
vision can help you define your personal brand and successfully communicate your
message
To create your vision statement keep in mind following questions:

What is the most amazing thing that you could professionally achieve by
doing what you do?
What do you want to achieve in five years?
What do you want to achieve in ten years?
How can you make the world a better place?
What are the BIG problems you trying to solve?

A competitor analysis is the process of researching competitors to learn more
about their strengths, weaknesses, products, and marketing strategies.

You can simple google who are your comeptititora by using industry kewords
and analyse their website and social medie profiles.
You can actually do the same with LinkedIn Profiles of people working in the
same industra as you and find out about the good practices and what you can
do better and what makes you different.
A SWOT analyse is a powerful tool for that, you can use it to examine single
profiles and websitres and also tu put there your findings and general
observations in one place.

USP is your personal headline, what makes you different, how you
stand out. It focuses on the unique value you can bring to your
potential employer or customer.

story of how you came to be where you are. You can use present, past, and

one big accomplishment), Say who you are! Tell a story how you become who
you are and what you do.

Finally, talk about your visions and your goals. Write about what you want to
achieve. Here you can use all the elements of personal branding!
