Moira first became an entrepreneur at the age of 30. Her first busi-
ness was in the leisure industry for blue chip clients like Scottish &
Newcastle, Whitbread and Weatherspoons.

Moira has always had a passion for animals, in particular dogs and in her
mid 40’s her and her partner, Steve, also purchased a large quarantine
kennels in the Midlands where they lived for 10 years.
After years of driving hundreds of miles every week to projects that
were based in the 4 corners of the country and the change in the
quarantine laws in the UK, Moira decided it was time for change and sold
both companies and moved to Spain. It was in Spain at the age of 51 that
she found her new passion of organising destination weddings and set up
a new business Perfect Spanish Weddings.

Perfect Spanish Weddings has grown and evolved for the past 10 years
and is one of the most established wedding companies in Southern Spain.
Moira was constantly asked for her advice and guidance by other
entrepreneurs wanting to start out due to her experience and
renowned success.

This led to a new and burning desire to help other women in business,
particularly ladies over the age of 45 and it is with this in mind she
started the Over 45’s Business Lounge for Ladies where she is now a
