 Delphi 2016 - Delphi DS150E (New VCI) Install Instructions (Cars + Trucks)

Step 1:

Don't plug AutoCom/Delphi USB cable into computer yet. NOTE : DISABLE ANTI VIRUS
Copy folder Delphi 2016 from the CD to Disc C.

Step 2:

Open folder Delphi 2016 which you copied to Disc C:

You will see 4 folders there:

Please open 2016 Cars if you want to install Delphi Cars or 2016 Trucks if you want to install
Delphi trucks.
Find a file: Main

Then, RIGHT CLICK ON MAIN file, and choose:

Send to - Desktop

Rename Main Shortcut to: Cars or Trucks
Right click on Cars or Trucks and choose Properties. Choose Change Icon

Click OK

Click Browse

Choose Local Disc C and Folder Delphi:

Select : Delphi Cars:

Select: cars_Delphi

Click OK:

Click on Cars (Trucks) ICON.

Click Right arrow:

Click YES.

Select Desktop and write Cars (if you install Cars) or Trucks if you install Trucks. Then Click
Save

Click OK

You will see a message: Operation failed. Click Abort.

Now open Keygen file and unrar it/unzipped it.

Open now your unzipped Keygen Folder and open: autocom 2016 kg

Select: Active FileActivation.xml

Now go to desktop and open cars folder and wait until Result section will turn in green.

Do the same for Trucks file. Now your files are activated (they will be 8.25kb big)

Open Cars icon.

Click Right arrow:

Click NO (!!!!).

Select Desktop… cars (or trucks) and Open.

Delphi will start to load

Step 3:

NOW INSTALL DRIVERS…

Connect Delphi/Autocom hardware between your car(truck) and a computer. Go to

START – Control panel – Device manager.

Step 4:

a) Inside AutoCom software, click on: Settings > Hardware setup

b) Select "USB/BT (Com-port)".

c) Click on "Test".

It should successfully detect your device and a message will appear to say 'OK'

If it prompts that Firmware is out of date, then click on "Update" button and wait 10 minutes
for AutoCom unit to update. Don't disconnect it while it's updating.

When firmware is updated, you're ready to start scanning your vehicle(s).

BLUETOOTH: To use this feature, you need to find the plug the DS150E to the car....and search
and find bluetooth devices on your computer and pair (NOTE: YOU MAY NEED TO TO GO INTO
/SETTINGS/ HARDWARE SETTINGS..... AND SELECT 'BLUETOOTH' FROM THE DELPHI SCREEN.

Step 5:

You MUST add exclusions to your Antivirus. Addthe entire Delphi 2016 folder (from Local
disc C).
If you don’t know how to add exclusions go to YouTube or google and type:
