COURSE SYLLABUS
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
A comprehensive study of the Constitution, the bill of rights and judicial review of the acts
affecting them. In this course, students will focus on the interaction between the fundamental
rights and freedoms protected by the Bill of Rights and the inherent powers of the State.
GRADING SYSTEM:
Attendance and participation in the recitations are required. Readings will include both primary
and secondary sources. Students are expected to read and study the original and full text of the
assigned cases and materials. There will also be a written comprehensive endterm examination.
