In this case It is interesting to know that Kevin saw that the company was doing what the competitor
does at designing products. The best option for them is to consider the economic environment for
the product because it has to be a product that your customer should want at a reasonable price
searching for a value of your option between others. You have to consider some of economic
indicator of your target market such as inflation and income levels in order to understand at what
price the customers are willing to pay.

The other environment to take advantage is that the socio-cultural of the market has show interest
of eating healthy so you need to understand those kind of person by a focus group what they look
in a healthy bread, such as the study Kevin saw about the aging of America.

The issue I see they would face is about the competitive environment because they need to do
research about the products the competence has already and to ask themselves that if their product
is different from them and the people will prefer to consume their products rather than the
competitor. If they don't offer an innovative and a product with a value added there might be
consequences to sell the product on the market.
