knowledge. However, if talk about EQ, it is a broader concept that deals with human behavior. It

In empathy, we need to be capable enough to recognize what another person thinks. The project

manager needs to understand other’s feelings as well as we must see things through their

perspective. We must give time to understand the team members and always be in touch with

them. It’s all about caring for others. We must notice what the person is doing and in what way.

In the case of project management, if their manager is not understanding their employee’s views

and never concerned about their feelings, there can be challenging to give actual output to our

stakeholder, and we cannot get success. Employees will feel uncaring and in-authentic, and these

lead to less cooperation and reduction of communication among managers and team members.

There are numerous benefits of empathy in the work area; it helps to make healthy and good

relationships with each other, and ultimately, we get success in the project with excellent health,

and we have a good quality life during work because people have vast amounts of emotional

intelligence power. When we are a great listener and actively listen to everything, we can be a

better individual; as a result, we can know what we must speak after this, and we will answer

appropriately, what can be the answer of the matter if we listen consciously.

emotional intelligence. One should recognize their emotions and should be strong enough to

control them and do not let them overrule you. Self-awareness helps to build self-confidence, and

this can be done if a person starts learning more about oneself and spend more time recognizing
