ABSTRACT

Online ration shop purchase is an online government to sell ration products through online. It
mainly focuses on the ration stock maintenance as the part of admin and sales the product to
the customer through online server by avoiding direct dealers marketing about the product. In
existing there is no online system to buy ration product and stock maintenance. Government
will provide product to buy that waiting for queuing, bargaining and products are robbed by
making wrong entries without knowledge of the ration card holder. So government meets
money loss, time and cost. The people doesn’t know what are the stocks available to buy. For
this kind of issues, In this system, government maintaining all ration products in online. The
customer can choose specific ration product through online using credit card and cash payment
as their desire. All the details can be stored in the database whenever the admin wants to check
the details about product, customer that could be stored in database. The main thing is the
admin will provide the different kind of products to sale in single ration system through online.
The customer can easily refer all the details about product and they can to buy. There is no way
to wait for queue and wasting time in ration shop. It is an easy way of system for selling product
to the customer in a ration stock management system and reducing time.

ADMIN

The admin can have unique registration id to maintain their details in database. Admin logged
in to their page, they will verify the stocks are available or anything to order from the
government and maintain the product, employee and customer records.

STOCK

In this module, the products details are available to the customer to buy the product. Product
detail includes its id, name, color, prize, specification and available no of products

CUSTOMER

In this module, customer can view the available products in their home page. By choosing their
desire product they can pay amount by cash and credit card. Customer can easily buy the ration
products without any bargaining.

GOVERNMENT SUPPLIER

The government supplier sells their products to the ration shop system. In this, the admin can
order the products from them. They will have an id to provide their products to the system.

Existing System

In existing there is no online system to buy ration product and stock maintenance. Government

Proposed System

In proposed system, the ration shop purchase are going to be maintain through online. The
government will provide products to admin. Admin will sell products to customer through
online purchase. The admin will maintain their records easily without using any kind of
notebooks. Database stores all details about the product and the registered customer. The
customer can easily view the full product details and can buy the product after registration.
They can buy the product using cash and credit card payment facility. It makes easy way for
people to buy the products. The admin can maintain their details and order their require
products to government through online.

Conclusion

Here conclude, this ration shop management system is developed and increased
facilities for the user has to buy the ration product easily through online and
administrator also maintaining and updating their records in databases. This system
will be used to easy understanding for the user. So this system will reduce the dealer
communication, manual calculation and it’s reduces the time spending in the shops.
