RECIPE

Title How To Make Chicken Geprek Special

Material / Igredients  Free-range chicken: 1 animal

 Simple grprek chicken seasoning

 Garlic: 2 cloves

 Coriander powder: 1 tablespoon

 Salt: 2 teaspoons

 Pepper: 1 teaspoon

 Upholstery Material

 Wheat Flour: 4 tablespoons

 Baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon

 Eggs: 1 item

 Pepper to taste

 Salt to taste

 Pepper to taste

Geprek chicken chili sauce:

 Cayenne pepper: 10 (according to taste)

 Shallots: 4 pieces

 Garlic: 3 cloves

 Tomatoes: 1 piece

 Salt to taste

 Just enough sugar


Step 1. Steam the pieces of chicken with the seasoning that has been prepared on
medium heat, approximately 10 minutes. Remove and drain

2. Add eggs, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of flour to a bowl. Beat well

3. Add 3 tablespoons of flour, pepper, salt and baking powder to a flat plate,
stir until evenly distributed

4. Coat steamed chicken pieces with eggs and dried flour

5. Fried chicken meat into oil until much yellow and crispy arise. Lift

6. Saute all the chili seasonings on medium heat, wait for the fragrance to
appear. Rub the spices and then sprinkle salt and sugar

7. Pour the chili sauce over crispy chicken, then geprek the chicken

8. Simple geprek chicken is ready to be served

Step
1. Insert a slice of bread into each toaster slot.

2. Choose the toasting level, usually it is from the lightest to the


darkest. This will allow you to choose how dark the toast to be.

3. Wait until the toasting process finished, usually the process only
take a minute.

4. Pick the bread when the toasting process is finished and the
bread pops up from the toaster slot. Then put it on a plate.

5. Pour some sugar on the bread while it is still warm or put some
butter on it.

6. The toasted bread is ready
