*Obesity is most commonly caused by a combination of excessive food intake, lack of physical

activity and the best treatments to it are diet nd exercising.

*Our daily meals are like a bank account: we take in calories (income) and spend them
on physical activity (expense). When we take in more calories than we burn, we have a
positive energy balance. While this would be a good thing for our bank account, it may
not be a good thing for our weight.
