Sub- Request for transfer to—

This is to bring to your notice that I have recently been transferred from Delhi to Sloan.

I wanted to state that my father aged 78years is suffering from heart disease for which two stents were
inserted in arteries. He is also a chronic patient of diabetes and also suffering from other age-related
problems. As my absence from Delhi (hometown) has treated him under great stress and finding it
difficult to manage himself as my mother had died one and a half year ago. Also, my wife is under
treatment as she is also not well. I am also looking for suitable men for my daughter as she is at a
marriageable age.

It’s my humble request to you to please transfer me to Delhi so that I will look after my father and my
wife.

I am enclosing the medical reports please consider it.
