2. Evaluation

-Two questionnaires for students and teachers. Macedonia will prepare the general questions and each
partner will add a few related specifically to the topic of mobility before each mobility. The host partner
will have wrote a report of the evaluation.(must be done the latest two weeks after finishing mobility)

-Apart from this particular evaluation is accepted Spain's proposal for creative evaluation that will
contribute to the positive atmosphere (evaluation in words and pictures).

General evaluation

Macedonia will prepare one media literacy questionnaire generally and will be implemented in all
partner schools at the beginning and at the end of the project.

Evaluation of workshops with parents:

There will be two questionnaires: at the beginning and at the end of the workshops. Macedonia will
prepare them.

The overall evaluation of the project will be the sum of all questionnaires throughout the project. The
final evaluation report will be prepared by Macedonia.

3. The project should be presented to the public (this should be done in all partner schools and
documented with pictures). To prepare Erasmus corner.

4. The project logo will be developed in the application https://www.postermywall.com/

Students will create logos from November 1-15 and each partner will choose one that will be put on
twinning.

Students will vote for one logo that will be used for the project from November 15-19.

5. Workshops with parents:

A total of 8 workshops for the duration of the entire project.4 in one school year. Each partner can
decide whether the workshops will be conducted by the teachers or provide expert assistance.

4 different topics will be covered during the same school year with the same parents. The next school
year we will select new parents who will attend the same workshops.
Topic for first workshop( The first step in the world of media-The importance of developing critical
thinking in media)

The other topics will be determined in the shortest possible time and the workshops should start in
January-February.

6. Prior to mobility in Romania, each partner should make a short 8-10 minute video on the cultural
treasure of their country or region (each partner chooses what to represent).

7. Romania and Italy do not yet have information on whether students can accommodate students. A
response is expected at least two weeks after mobility in Macedonia.

8. The film festival will be held in Spain on the latest mobility. All films produced by the project will be
screened.

9. Sports games will be held once every three months in each partner school (as an extracurricular
activity to remove students from mobile phones). To documents with photos.

These sports games will also be held during mobility (then traditional games will be played in each
country)

10. Before each mobility no later than three weeks before the mobility students to know where they will
stay (to submit lists of pupils and students host guests with all the necessary information for parents and
students)

11. To include students on E Twinning by November 15 at the latest.

12. Two weeks before mobility invitations to partners and full agenda (to include all expenses paid by
guests and all costs free)

Provide a detailed description of the activities planned for each day. Provide a hotel for the teachers and
provide them with information on the cost of the hotel.

13. The certificates will be the same for all mobiles. It will be prepared by Macedonia as a template and
sent to all partners.

14. After each mobility to conduct a brief dissemination of activities during mobility in front of students
and teachers in the school.

15. We will allow students the freedom to make films. We will allow them to use the tools they already
know and work with. workshops for filmmakers will be only consultation and giving guidance on how to
develop films.

16. A new calendar of activities needs to be drawn up now that Poland and Turkey have dropped out of
the project.

Activities need to be simplified so that they can be fully implemented.

17. The Media Literacy Program planned as a product will be developed in collaboration with all
partners.
Each partner will prepare one class related to media literacy for 4 topics. So each country should
prepare 4 classes that will be part of the program that each school will have in the future.

Whether the program will be used by the teachers in the classroom will depend on the school itself.

Other unclear things to discuss:

1.After the fall of Turkey this year we have only one mobility in Romania. It might be good or move for
March.

Another option is to have one mobility next year to carry out this school year. Since next year we will
have 4 and this only 1 student mobility.

2. Dissemination images and materials would be good to put first on one platform (eg on the website)
and from there on other dissemination platforms so that there is no duplication in sending the same
documents a hundred times.

So we need an agreement where to attach the dissemination documents first.

3. Due to lack of time in Macedonia we did not make a good explanation for e Twinning. It may be good
to do this in Romania.

4.E Twinning sections(stay unclear but we have some point of view, not duplicate the gallery and
documents, to find a simplest way to manage with sections). Since none of the partners have particular
experience in E-twinning it might be good to contact the National Agencies of each partner country to
provide us with at least one workshop with an e-twinning ambassador from a school with a e-twinning
label.

First Mobility Report(Kicevo,Macedonia)

The first coordinating partner meeting was held in the elementary school Kuzman Josifoski-Pitu,Kicevo
from 21-25 October.

In addition to the coordination meetings at this meeting, teachers from the partner countries were
trained to implement the project in their schools.

The training was conducted by Mihajlo Lahtov (media literacy expert). All topics covered in the project
related to media literacy were covered. Teachers received training in the following areas: Media Impact,
Media Literacy and Critical Thinking, Internet Security and Internet Addiction. Recognizing stereotypes
and prejudices in the media, the family as an important segment of children's online life.
In addition to the trainings, the teachers had the opportunity to be part of their classmates' classes in
the school and to get acquainted with the Macedonian educational system as well as to exchange
experiences.

At the meetings, teachers discussed assignments for each partner, agreed on workshops with parents,
the Media Literacy Program, and other activities related to project implementation.

Apart from the working part which lasted five working days in the free time, the teachers had the
opportunity to socialize and get acquainted with much of the Macedonian traditional cuisine and
tradition.

On the last working day, mobility was evaluated and certificates were given by the host school. A
twinning workshop was conducted and the five-day project partners' coordination meeting ended.

Report from evaluation of first mobility (Short-term joint staff training events
Kicevo, N.Macedonia)

The evaluation of the first coordination meeting in Macedonia was conducted with two questionnaires
from which the organizer, participants and the trainer received feedback on the quality of the meeting.

The first questionnaire was developed by the partner school in Macedonia and generally referred to
overall mobility activities.

The other questionnaire was specifically addressed on the training sessions and provided feedback on
how useful these trainings were for teachers.

Following the evaluation of both questionnaires, the following conclusions can be reached:

Participation in mobility has greatly helped them to understand the tasks and activities that will need to
be implemented during the project.

They received a lot of information about Media Literacy that they had not been able to find out about
until now.

Four participants on the question To what extent participation in this mobility responds to your
professional development? responded with the highest score (very much) and two with very.

Also, with answer very much participants answered the question To what extent will the activities be
beneficial for your school?

All participants reported that during mobility were no difficult situations and problems and that
everything went according to the agenda.

For the quality of the activities all the participants gave the answer (totally satisfied) which is the highest
rating in the questionnaire.
On the question Which parts of mobility did you particularly like? the participants have different
answers: exchange of experiences, games during the workshops, new media literacy information and
informal gatherings.

Overall, the evaluation concluded that mobility was of great importance and that it fully met its
expectations and goals

The only note is that such extensive training in the future may require a few more days to complete.
