This is to certify that Mr. Abhay Thukral, student of B.B.A LL.B. (5-year programme), 3rd semester at
Symbiosis Law School, Pune, holding PRN-16010126414 has worked with Alliance Law Group, New
Delhi as an intern from 20th November, 2017 till 16th December, 2017.

During his internship, he was involved in various drafting, research and study of Domestic Violence
Act 2005, Doctrine of Severability, difference between Special Leave Petition & Civil Appeal, Order
37 CPC, Enforcing a Foreign Degree in Indian Courts, Sec 500 Indian Penal Code, Delhi Rent Control
Act 1995, Sec 60(5) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Act 2016 & various other research work along with
preparing various case briefs and drafting various legal documents such as counter claim, legal notice.
Abhay’s aptitude and contribution to the firm’s work were immense and he exhibited keen interest and
huge potential in all work assigned to him. During his internship, he executed his assignments diligently
and proved to be an intelligent, organized and assiduous intern with impeccable drafting and research
abilities. He possesses excellent communication skills and is articulate with his thoughts and analysis.
He possesses tremendous legal aptitude and ability to learn quickly. These qualities will definitely make
him a sound lawyer.

As a person, Abhay has a high degree of commitment and is very punctual & disciplined. With his
social and interpersonal skills he is able to adjust easily into new environment and work in as a good
team member. We assure he will be an asset to any organization or institution he works with in near
future.
