21st May,2017 to 30th June 2017,

In my first year ,I wanted to discover the empathy which would me in future with my case so I
interned in an NGO whose ground work was of an RTI activist or which spread awareness around the
society of our right to information. It was a new experience to be working on the field and
connecting to all the classes of people and getting to know about their legal awareness , day today
administrative issue they faced how could they be cured and steps which needs to be taken towards
spreading RTI and other legal awareness.

11 January,2018 to 5th Feb,2018

In starting days I got to understand the working to police and administration , Role of public
prosecutors and their assigning and knowing the courtroom terminologies . Later on Sir used to hand
me charge sheets and case files to read and understand , and to check for errors , I was told to make
notes of the argument going on in the court.

It was a family court , I understood that judges job is not only to give decision but also to come up
with proper homework as cases are never ending and no. of cases were predecided which were to
be appear , it was my first time witnessing court proceedings and the work environment turned out
better than my expectations, I got to learn how court functions from start to end that is from charge
sheet to final order.

In starting week task of attaining proper knowledge of Arbritration and conciliation Act, latest
improvement in the field and landmark cases related to arbritration was allotted ,later I was given
was task of compiling the files with the coordinators.

The main task use to be to listen to proceedings and make notes regarding it and ask for doubts. The
task use to be fun and at the same time learn practical aspects of Arbritration. Every week we were
given cases for which we need to prepare our arguments , Sir actually valued our opinion which gave
a a lot of confidence to a 3rd year student. Arbitral matter generally lack seriousness which is given to
civil or criminal matters this actually makes the lawyer and the arbitrator talk out things in better and
fun way.

time line of NHAI arbitration if arbitrator isn’t responding.; Research on the admissibility of evidence
