Week number 1: August 19 through October 25, 2019 (250 hours):
Monday, August 19: They are introducing me in the workplace, explaining

the jobs I need to do so. Our senior discussing the things I need to memorize.
Tuesday, August 20: I continued to familiarize myself with the company.

The senior starting to give me some basic works, like to call outs for the ARP
leads and update it to the tracker.
Wednesday, August 21: We go to our OJT even though its holiday, our senior said
that he will make it double time. Then our senior explained what ARP (Applicants Referral
Program), ERP (Employee Referral Program), and Market Intel.
Thursday, August 22: Our senior let us go outside to help Ms. Kat which
in the HR-Front desk. And then Ms. Kat explained how to assist the
applicants.
Friday, August 23: This is the day that Ms. Kat explained how to set up
the computers for the applicants, and we do assist them whole day.
Summary Statement: It was a stressful week, but it was just the

beginning. At the same time it’s enjoyable. Our supervisor was very kind to
us.

Tuesday, August 27: I’ve experience the ERP store above 7 th Floor – 12th Floor. I’ve
experience how to get along with the agents of the company.
Wednesday, August 28: I assist the applicants, this time Ms. Kat Let me do it alone
to make me use to it. And do the Market Intel for the company to gather data on customers and
potential customers. The collected data aids business decision making. This therefore reduces
the risks involved in making these decisions.
Thursday, August 29: I assist the applicants and set up computer for the
applicants online registrations. And collect Market Intel.
Summary Statement: This week is very enjoyable, I get used to what I

suppose to do to the Talent sourcing.

Friday, September 20: I’ve set up computers for the applicants and then assist them,

sourcing and it was amazing.
