• In collaboration with the Museum of Science Boston, fully integrate the Kindergarten curriculum utilizing
inquiry-based & project-based learning models.
• Teach the Engineering Design Process, encouraging children to make mistakes, learn from them, &
solve real-life problems.
• Develop & assist in a school-wide implementation of the Guided Math model.
• Construct reading, writing, & phonics lessons using Lucy Calkins Reading & Writing Workshop, as
well as FUNdations.
• Utilize technology to enhance student learning & understanding, using applications such as Lexia Core 5,
RazKids, Moose Math, & Starfall.
• Foster a healthy classroom environment by employing Responsive Classroom techniques in order to encourage
