Our position in this case would apply the following administration principles
when reformulating the company's strategy as follows:
Principle of Unity with the new challenges implemented as a new manager will
not lack that among the collaborators there can be professional zeal and since
we do not want to relive the above, the work of the administration is to make
compatible the objectives that are in conflict and achieve better work
coexistence. This is the Unit that seeks to improve the bad situations that occur
in the environment.
Organizing is the process for ordering and distributing the work, authority and
resources among the members of Tortugas and Reptiles SA, it will drive to
reach the proposed goals and objectives planned for it, as General Manager the
work is distributed and coordinated with order and discipline and that avoids
misunderstandings among the company's employees, since if it is not done in a
good way this brings conflicts and from there come new problems so it is best
to avoid them, in this way we apply the Principle of Functional Definition, (to
certain employees according to their abilities and preparation assign tasks.)
Now as a new manager I will take into account the Principle of Specialization
it is here that according to the qualities of each person the division of labor or
division of labor will be done, it means that instead of an individual performing
all the work, it is divided in a series of tasks that can be executed, logically and
comfortably, by individuals or groups separately.
As it should be for me to use the Principle of Equilibrium Authority, it is of

opportunity to the subordinates and in my mandate as a manager that everyone
