The performance of IP was not legal at all because they affected the interests of
others to achieve their own benefit, it is here that we can interpret that the abuse of
IP reached suppliers, customers, shareholders and others. For the bad treatment
that the company gave to external groups that were affected by their decisions.
The performance of IP, was not legal at all the level of Internal policy very lacking
in principles and what to say on a personal level when it is here that you must be
honest
The teaching that leaves us to the market, the case of IP is that we do not lose the
good customs and principles, although it is the world today, where the race to
achieve the greatest and best achievements are dominant, this case of IP gives the
We can see more market education because, first of all, everything that shines is
gold that must be more malicious, when creating competitions through quotes, it
is very fashionable for many companies to achieve what they want and close a
favorable operation. They respect the client having the ability to alter and deceive
humanity without considerations to achieve their goals.
It is necessary that the markets define their code of ethics, integrating values such
as honesty, loyalty, integrity, innovation, quality, respect for the individual, among
others. Although many critics affirm that in these times “ethics is in crisis”, but
how not to be it but we take the initiative to implement it in each internal regulation
of the companies. So that is the teaching of creating ethics manuals for companies
so the market will be free of attitudes such as IP
What other ways, outside the legal path, exist to avoid these actions?
There are other ways out of the legal way to avoid these actions to do so the
following must be applied:
Morales Rules
Moral rules serve as a guide for situations in which conflicting interests collide. It
could be said that moral rules are like “breakwaters”; that is, guidelines that can
resolve disagreements. Moral rules, which are rules of behavior, are often
assimilated as values.
Human Relations, These relationships exist because we need each other to receive
support and to reach our goals.
The moral order constitutes the body of moral rules that govern the normal
problems of ethics. These are the rules that we apply to life, most of the time, and
that we can use to understand the problems of management in terms of ethics.
Promises fulfilled, it must be a priority to fulfill them this would avoid conflicts
the word of ours must speak for us, of our integrity and respect towards others, so
there are many other actions that must be framed to avoid a legal route, or a
sanction to recognize the fault committed before:
nothing is hard to recognize the error, and not to do another one just for the simple
fact of avoiding accepting the "I was wrong, I apologize, I will pay the damage
caused without needing to reach greater extremes as a legal demand."
We must proceed in Good Faith and Trust. and prevent conflicts from getting
bigger and violent. Why not avoid harming other human beings.
We already know that professional ethics is a set of principle, and rules that indicate
how we should behave, in the professional area so that their exercise is considered
worthy for what it is worth applying them in professional life.
On the other hand, we must consider that ethics also has to do with the inner part
of the bone human being, the values that we all internally have and the internal
voice that tells us what is right or not and strengthens or dislikes us as a person and
as a professional.
Professional ethics is one of the most important points that we must always keep
in mind in our lives, which we must understand and follow its rules, but today we
must recognize that it is very difficult to talk about a professional with ethical
principles, when we live in a world based on power and money.
To conclude ethics, it is applied in all areas of our life and in all activities to be
carried out by the human being, therefore, it is worth applying ethics in
professional life.
