TERMS OF SERVICES:

The following Terms and Conditions will govern “the Agreement” between Admissiongyan (“The
Consultancy”) and the Undersigned (“The Applicant”). The Agreement is subjected to the
acceptance by the Applicant and once enforced the Parties are bound by the terms and conditions
of this Agreement.

1. Service: The Consultancy will undertake and process all documents and forms on
behalf of the Applicant after the submission of all documents. The Consultancy will apply
for 6 University in Germany depending upon the Applicant’s profile and universities
requirement which is valid for winter intake.
2. Application Fees: Uni-assist fee / Application fee should be paid by the
Applicant. The first application fee of uni-assist is 75 euros and rest of the
uni assist application fee will be 30 Euros for each application. The
Consultancy is responsible to pay the courier charges up to 6 Applications.
3. No Changes: The university list cannot be changed once it is finalized by the Applicant.
The Consultancy would not start the process unless all the university names are
submitted.
4. Status Update: All the application status (Admission/Rejection) will be informed as and
when we receive it. It may take up to 90 days before start of the program in some
Universities to know the status.
5. Correspondence: The Consultancy will be responsible for correspondence with the
Universities till the admission. The Applicant should be in direct contact with the
Universities for further enrollment process.
6. Documentation: The Consultancy will guide for the entire application processing and
visa documentation.
7. Deferment: The Applicant can defer the application process to the next intake for the
pending applications which have not been applied.

DECLARATION BY THE APPLICANT:

I K Dharani, do hereby declare that I am fully informed of the Terms and

Conditions of the Agreement and by agreeing to the services, I give my consent to
comply with the conditions.

I am aware that there will be no refund after enrollment with Admissiongyan

Education Consultancy and will not claim for refund at any point of time.

I am notified by Admissiongyan that both Accommodation Expenses/Tuition fees

in Germany will cost around Rs 15-16 Lakhs for 2 years.

I am also informed by Admissiongyan that Public universities in Baden Wurttemberg and

NRW States in Germany are charging 1500 Euros per semester for foreign students.

I declare that I will be paying the university application fees and visa application
fees directly.
