The summary is the form of the concluding statement that provides the quick
review of the project report. This summary is helpful to make aware the readers
about subject under study.
In this project research has tried to cover the survey of employee working in
InYantra Technologies Pvt Ltd. Regarding “Study of HR policies” present
study has been articulated with the help of five chapters as follows.
Company profile gives information about the organization in which the research
has been conducted. This chapter includes brief history of organization, activity
of organization. This gives information about the product profile, mission,
vision & structure of organization in which research has been conduct.
In this project collected data is presented and analyzed. The analyzed data is
formulated in tabulated in form with their interpretation this project chapter
findings and suggestions are given. The findings are made depending upon the
data analysis. The suggestions are given on the basis of major findings and
suggestions invited from employees of the organization. Projects having
conclusions are given. The conclusion is made depending upon the data
analysis.

Management Problem:
The HR Policies is the most important vital process lack of this will definitely
result in human live losses, money losses, production losses in the organization.
So the management of the InYantra Technologies Pvt Ltd wanted to make a
safe and proper working environment and to reduce the percentage of accidents
occurring in organization. Also it is not one-time process, it requires reviews
and updating timely for the same, they gave me this task to put my fresh inputs
and suggestions to the existing system.

and methods.

Data collected from primary source has been analyzed with the help of
statistical tools like Standard deviation.

The researcher has chosen the questionnaire methods of data collection due to
limited time in hand. While designing data-collection procedure, adequate
safeguards against bias and unreliability must be ensured. Researcher has
examined the collected data for completeness, comprehensibility, consistently
and reliability.
Researcher has also gathered secondary data which have already been collected
and analyzed by someone else. He got various information from journals,
historical documents, magazines and reports prepared by the other researchers.
For the present piece of research the investigator has used the following

2. Data Required:
The data is required for the study is of two types as primary data and secondary
data for accomplishment of objectives.

Apart from Primary data collected, the data collected such as Concept,
definition, importance, Company Profile, employee information and its
respective departments from the organizational booklets, records and internet is
required for research.
The primary data was collected from the respondents by using structured
formats, observation, and respective information given by employees.

Structured Format:
The structured Format has been used for data gathering in the research as an
instrument for collecting the information from the respondents. This Standard
format consists of organizational training topics.

Interview means one to one interaction with the employees. The researcher
interviewed the employees and collected the information regarding with
employees training need.
Interpretation:
The study has been conducted for identifying employee training need. That
what type of training employee needs in their respective field. The data has been
collected from the 88 employees which was available there.

Management review meeting is held every six months at the Group Review.
Meet is conducted from time to time to ensure the suitability, adequacy and
effectiveness of the HR Policies.

Documents and data are generated by the Corp. HR in the form of hard
copies or electronic medium.

During the study of the project I observed different functions of HR Department; I got
the knowledge about the different types of HR Policies Functioning in the
organization. I also got knowledge about how the organization is following their
values in a very sincere way.
I came to know, how & what type of facilities are being provided to the employees.
I got the knowledge about the different departments in a manufacturing company &
idea about the challenges what the employee facing while performing their work.
Employees are satisfied at In yantra technology Pvt ltd as a place to work and they
feel safe to work there.
I observed many of employee are working from very long time, as they are not much
open to new change going around.

1. The Policy of the company provides facilities for all round growth of
individuals by training in-house and outside the organization,
reorientation, lateral mobility and self-development through self-
motivation.
2. The Policy grooms every individual to realize his potential in all facets

3. The Policy builds teams and foster team-work as the primary instrument
in all activities.
